My Viled Club
My Viled Club is a loyalty program that has been active since February 20, 2024. It allows its members to access special discounts, bonuses, and offers, as well as to exclusive events. In order to become a member of the loyalty program, you need to: fill out a questionnaire and make your first purchase.
Rules for accrual and deduction of bonuses
1 bonus = 1 tenge
Bonuses are accrued
• When purchasing a gift certificate
• On the 15th day after purchasing the product
• When paying with a gift certificate, bonuses are accrued only for the part of the cost that is paid in cash
Bonuses are not accrued or deducted
• When buying a product participating in a promotion or a product with a valid discount
• When purchasing services, for goods from the service center and cafe
• When the product price is over 20,000,000 tenge
• When paying for goods in installments or credit (regardless of whether the purchase is made online or offline)
• If you cancel the order at your own request (the product didn’t fit or wasn’t liked), the used bonuses will expire. Bonuses will not be accrued for the canceled order.
Using Bonuses
• Payment with bonuses is possible for an amount equal to 50% of the value of the product
The procedure for achieving and changing the status
• Bonuses are valid for 2 years from the date of receipt
• Confirmation of the status occurs once every 2 years when making purchases for the amount necessary to obtain the appropriate status
• If the status is not confirmed, it is lowered by 1 level. If the client has the Classic status, then the status does not change
• You can find out the amount of available bonuses using the Telegram bot @MyViledClub or from Customer service employees at Saks Fifth Avenue, Talan Gallery stores
Addition
If you place an order through the browser on your phone, computer, laptop, or tablet, your bonuses will not be displayed in your account. You will not be able to use them for payment or receive new bonuses for this purchase. To use your bonuses, download the latest version of our mobile app. Check your accumulated bonuses and enjoy your shopping!
