When goods can be returned?

Within 14 days from the date of purchase of the goods.

What are the requirements for the condition of the goods for return?

• The goods are in a complete package, with all inserts, certificates, fillers and protective films

• The branded box of the product is preserved

• The goods have not been used, have not been worn

• The marketable condition is preserved

• User qualities, seals, branded labels, tags with barcodes in the original packaging are preserved

• There is a payment document confirming the fact of purchase and payment (commercial invoice)

• The goods presented on the website in the form of a kit must be returned together with all components.

Which items are non-returnable?

A number of goods are not accepted for return in accordance with Article 30 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 4, 2010 No. 274-IV “On Consumer Rights Protection” (medicines and medical products; underwear; hosiery; animals and plants; metric goods, namely fabrics made of fibers of all kinds, knitted and curtain fabrics, artificial fur, carpets, non-woven fabrics, ribbons, lace, braid, wires, cords, cables, linoleum, baguette, films, oilcloths, cellular subscriber devices).

How much does the return cost?

• The return of goods purchased without a discount or with a 50% discount is free of charge.

• The return of goods purchased with a discount of 50% or more is carried out at the expense of the Buyer. The cost of return by courier will make up KZT1,500.

When is the money returned to the buyer?

Within 15 working days from the date of return of the goods.

How is the money returned to the buyer?

By electronic funds transfer to banking or other account specified by the Buyer.

Under what conditions is the money returned to the buyer?

• Once the Seller accepts the goods for return, within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the goods for return

• After conducting an examination for authenticity

• The goods are in a complete package, in a marketable condition, in the original packaging with barcodes

• The goods have branded labels and tags, as well as a document confirming the fact of purchase and payment (commercial invoice)

• The product does not belong to the list of goods not subject to return according to Article 30 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 4, 2010 No. 274-IV “On Consumer Rights Protection” (medicines and medical products; underwear; hosiery; animals and plants; metric goods, namely fabrics made of fibers of all kinds, knitted and curtain fabrics, artificial fur, carpets, non-woven fabrics, ribbons, lace, braid, wires, cords, cables, linoleum, baguette, film, oilcloth, cellular subscriber devices).

Return conditions for the “Watches and Jewelry” category

• The return/exchange is carried out directly in the boutique, in the personal presence of the buyer, conducting a thorough inspection of the product, examination and specialists should confirm that the product was not in use.

• Upon return, 1% of the purchase amount is deducted for the insurance of the product during transportation.

• All certificates for the product (COSC, Geneva stamp, Fleurieu certificate, etc.) must be returned in mandatory manner. If the certificates are not returned, it is possible to deduct the cost of the certificate from the refund money (it is necessary to request the cost of certificates from each brand).

What happens if the goods are not accepted by the Seller for a refund?

The product will be sent back to the Buyer at the same address from where it was delivered.

How to make a return of the goods?

1. Apply to the Customer Care Service at +7 700 000 27 27 (multichannel and WhatsApp)

2. Specify the reasons for the return, list the defects of the goods, if any.

3. Pack the goods together with the branded box in the shipping box, attach the invoice and pass it to the courier who will be sent to you.

4. Wait for the return.

5. We will refund your money within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the goods by the Seller, if the goods meet the requirements.

Refund or exchange of goods will not be carried out if the goods you sent do not meet the requirements of Article 30 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 4, 2010 No. 274-IV “On Consumer Rights Protection” (medicines and medical products; underwear; hosiery; animals and plants; metric goods, namely fabrics made of fibers of all kinds, knitted and curtain fabrics, artificial fur, carpets, non-woven fabrics, ribbons, lace, braid, wires, cords, cables, linoleum, baguette, film, oilcloth, cellular subscriber devices are not subject to return).
