Which cards are accepted for payment?

Any bank cards that support online payments.

When is the fiscal receipt issued?

After the order is confirmed, the receipt is automatically sent to your email and saved in the “My Orders” section.

What if the item is defective?

If a defect is found during order assembly, the order may be cancelled. The paid amount will be refunded using the same payment method.

Can I pay in installments or on credit?

Yes. Installments and credit are available via Halyk Bank and Kaspi.

Can I pay upon delivery?

Yes. The courier accepts cash or card payment upon receipt.

Are there any restrictions?

Yes. Jewelry items are not available for payment upon delivery.

Can I open the parcel before paying?

No. The parcel is handed over only after payment.

How do I place an order with payment upon delivery?

Select “Payment upon delivery” at checkout and confirm your order.

Important

Payment for the order does not guarantee its issuance. If a defect or damage is found during assembly, the Seller has the right to cancel the order and refund the money.

The order is handed over for delivery or pickup only after it receives the status “Confirmed”.
