Collaborating for the first time with perfumer Frank Voelkl, Kilian Hennessy sought to recreate the scent of gin on the rocks with lime — his wife's favorite drink. Roses on Ice opens with the crisp aquatic freshness of cucumber and the exhilarating sharpness of juniper berries. This icy accord fuses seamlessly with the passionate notes of centifolia rose. Against a backdrop of sandalwood and musk, the bright yet intense aroma of gin is refined to perfection.
